Our menus are carefully designed and can be tailored to suit your needs. Special requests will always be catered to e.g. gluten free, vegan, dairy free, organic, etc.
Menus can be designed to suit any budget or event. Whether you need sandwiches, canapes, street food, a BBQ, etc., we will work with you to achieve a menu that delivers on taste, quality and service every time!

Charcuterie & Cheese Selection Platters
Gourmet mixed platters that include a selection of Irish and Continental artisan meats and farmhouse cheese with seasonal berries, nuts, dips, crackers and other accompaniments. Perfect for casual or formal events and ideal for pairing with craft beer, whiskey or wine. €75 serves 8 people.
Finger Food & Light Bites
Gourmet mixed sharing platters with a delicious range of skewers, tartlets, quiches, sausage rolls, dips and breads. €65 serves 8 people.
Party Finger Food
Finger food perfect for sharing including goujons, cocktail sausages, chicken wings… Jazz your platter up with slow cooked Colleran’s pork ribs – melt in the mouth and absolutely delicious with our Siam Kitchen signature sauce. €65 serves 8 people.
Gourmet sushi platters with different types of rolls.
All our sushi is freshly hand-rolled with assorted fillings using fresh local fish. €80* serves 8 people. (*Prices are subject to change due to product seasonality / availability.) Note the minimum order is one platter.
Using the best local produce including Colleran’s sausages, burgers and steak, the SKG BBQ delivers on quality and taste every time. Salads, burgers, sausages, chicken skewers, fish, along with plenty of veggie and vegan options. BBQ €21.50* per person. (*€5 supplement for steak) Minimum number for BBQ is 50 people.
